i did fish the bridge right past cagle last weekend and caught a few large bream and 15-20 crappie, and also found a school of 10-15 long blue cat with livescope. all was in 20-25 of water suspended 10-15 foot deep. Fishing on Lake Conroe is fair to good. The water temperature at the dam early in the morning has been running a little over 80 degrees. As the day wears on and the sun comes up, it has been warming up, especially in the shallows and back waters of the creeks. The water at this time is clear in the main lake and a little cloudy in the run off.
